Built for reliability

Six features that keep your calls connected under real-world UAE network conditions.

🔁

3-Retry Reconnect

If your connection drops mid-call, IZN automatically attempts to reconnect — up to 3 times. A reconnection banner shows while it's working. No need to redial.

🎙️

Auto Audio Fallback

On very weak connections, video is automatically disabled and the call continues in audio-only mode. Voice quality is preserved even when video can't sustain.

📡

Simulcast Streaming

LiveKit transmits three resolution layers simultaneously. Each participant receives the layer their connection can handle — no manual quality switching required.

🎛️

DTX + RED Audio

Discontinuous Transmission (DTX) reduces bandwidth during silence. RED (redundant encoding) protects against audio packet loss for clear voice even on congested networks.

🔒

Self-Hosted on UAE Servers

IZN runs its own LiveKit server — your call data never passes through Zoom, Teams, or any third-party infrastructure. Media streams stay within UAE data centres.

🌐

Admin Geo-Bypass

Admin and guardian accounts can call across all regions globally. Standard accounts follow standard routing — calls work inside IZN without a separate calling app.

Call without compromise. Stay connected.

Voice and video calls are live for all IZN AI users — open the app and tap the call icon in any contact.
